CANCELLATION POLICIES

ALL CLIENTS: DOG WALKING & CAT VISIT SERVICES
Must cancel 24 hours before the walk/visit is scheduled. Any walks/visits canceled within 24 hours will be charged in full.
*PLEASE NOTE: When services are canceled by the deadline and are not charged, your Pet Professional does not get paid for their reserved time for your previously scheduled service. Canceling 24 hours before the service provides us with an opportunity to potentially fill that slot in your Pet Pro’s schedule and to accommodate services on our waitlist. It also allows the Pet Pro time to plan their schedule accordingly.
CANCELLATION POLICY: REGULAR DOG WALKING SERVICES - RESERVED PRIMARY PET PRO
Must cancel 7 days before the walk/visit is scheduled. Any walks/visits canceled within 7 days will be charged at 50%.
*PLEASE NOTE: When services are canceled and charged at 50%, your Pet Professional will be paid 50% for their reserved time. Canceling 7 days before the service provides us with an opportunity to potentially fill that slot in your Pet Pro’s schedule and to accommodate services on our waitlist. It also allows the Pet Pro time to plan their week and expected income accordingly.
*Primary Pet Pro Time Off:
We will provide you with at least 7 days notice when your Pet Pro is requesting time off so that you have ample time to make any scheduling changes. If your Pet Pro does not provide you with 7 days notice of their time off you are able to cancel the service at no charge.

50% Deposit Paid Upfront to Reserve Service
*Deposit refundable as account credit until 29 days in advance. Cancellations with 30+ days notice will have the deposit added to their Time to Pet account as credit.
*After 30 days in advance, deposit is no longer refundable as account credit
*Deposit is non-refundable as cash equivalent
REMAINING BALANCE CHARGED: 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE - Non-Refundable
*PLEASE NOTE: Pet Sitters reserve full dates in their schedule for Overnight Pet Sitting services. Due to this significant time reservation, we need to ensure our team members are compensated for the reservation of their time if Pet Sitting services are cancelled.
