Time To Pet is a third party software that we use to gather all the scheduling and invoicing data as well as store client and pet information. On TTP you will have your own personalized profile where you can update all of your and your furry family member’s info. You can also keep track of scheduling and invoicing and communicate with us and our team, as well as pay directly through an easy to use website and mobile app. It’s a convenient software that helps us keep all of your information organized and helps you keep tabs as well! Once you set up a dog walk or cat visit with us we will send you a link to activate your TTP profile.

Our Pet Professionals send personal text messages with pictures after each service. However, you will also receive an email update from TTP that includes a report card! If enabled, a push notification is sent to your phone to alert you when the service begins.

You can update all of your furry family member’s information that you would like the Pet Professional to know! Let us know where you keep the food, treats, or leash. Or if they have any behavioral quirks we should be aware of.

Services can be requested right from the app! You can also view all of your already scheduled visits and submit change requests! You can view all of your open invoices and make payments on one (or all) with just a couple clicks.
